This protocol is to help increase maximal strength & muscular endurance with a short time domain of 6 weeks. This supplemental protocol will allow you to keep training within your current CrossFit gym, house, or sports performance facility. This is a basic format with tested and proven results for increasing your Front & Back Squat Max in the same cycle.
